Larchfield Barn is located in the recently cobbled courtyard (see garden and courtyard plan), which was originally built in the 19th century. Over recent years it has been converted to its current high specification as a unique venue for private hire.

The barn (which has an adjoining bar area, dance floor room and marquee as well as fully equipped professional kitchens) can seat up to 364 people closely seated / conference style or 264 around tables, with additional space in the adjoining areas if required which makes it ideal for a multitude of functions.

The stunning four acres of walled gardens are ideal for drinks, jazz, team-building or even treasure hunts and games for family days, whilst the adjoining 4 acre paddock area can be also be used for team games.

Catering is flexible as we work with a number of suppliers offering a variety of styles and the ability to meet different budgets, enabling us to tailor make each package.

The Larchfield team is on hand from concept to execution to help pull the event together - from transport, accommodation, menus, singers, specialist suppliers etc.

Complimentary car parking is provided in a tree lined paddock adjoining the walled garden, or there is ample space in the gravel car park adjacent to the barn.

Larchfield Barn can be booked as a separate entity for breakfast meetings through to full day / evening events / photo shoots etc. or in conjunction with the stables and the other areas / activities available across the 600 acre estate.

There is a wealth of accommodation literally minutes from the estate - from hotels to self-catering cottages and B&B’s for smaller groups. The team at Larchfield are on hand to co-ordinate both transport and accommodation as part of our service.
